Efo-riro, also known as vegetable soup is made with Spinach nicely cooked with peppers, onions and palm oil.
It also contains some special parts of meat like ponmo, beef, shaki etc which makes it very scrumptious. it is super healthy and absolutely good for weight lose. It is usually eaten with rice, plantain and swallow. It can also be eaten alone.
It is rich in vitamin A,C, and K. Iron, folate and potassium. There is a Vegans and Vegetarian option without the assorted meat.
