At check out you will fill in your contact details and email address so that we can notify you when the order ships. Then fill in your payment details in the appropriate space provided and ensure that your contact details are the same with your billing address.

Yes a minimum order amount of £30 is applicable.

You can place an order any day of the week. Once your order is received, it usually takes about 2 days to process, depending on available slots.

Yes our delivery covers the UK mainland which includes Scotland and Wales.

No. We cook fresh and then cool it and quickly refrigerate to lock in the freshness.

Yes , you can order for a friend or family who do not have the same address as yours and will be delivered to the recipient’s  address. Please inform the recipient  about the delivery.

Our food is freshly made, so depending on what you order, delivery is usually next day after the processing.

Yes, do give us a call before ordering and we will confirm if we are able to fulfill your order ?

 Yes. We take orders everyday of the week and fulfill on a first come first serve bases with an average wait time of 2 days depending on volume of orders at hand.

Please note we do not deliver on Sundays or Mondays and public holidays.
