This 1 Ltr contains our signature dark, rich stew base, meticulously slow-fried in bleached palm oil to achieve that unmistakable smoky aroma and savory intensity.
We use a coarse blend of roasted red peppers, scotch bonnets, and onions, seasoned deeply with traditional fermented locust beans (Iru) and ground crayfish for a multi-layered umami finish.
